Australian houses prices still increasing in value
According to CoreLogic data Australian houses increased in value by 1.2% in May, and last month June also increased but by only 1.1%. Tim Lawless of Core Logic explains that a lack of house to sell continues to be the main factor keeping upwards pressure on housing values. Regional housing values have also trended higher, albeit at a slower pace relative to the capitals. (For full report click here).
